RETURN POLICY

If you receive our product and any of the lights aren't working, the product is damaged, or the quality just isn't up to your personal standards, feel free to send us an e-mail! We will gladly return products that arrived broken! We pride ourselves on customer service. However - our return policy is 3 business days after you receive the item. Due to the nature of how our product is used, we cannot return products outside the 3 business days from arrival policy. They are considered a 'consumable product'. To return or exchange any product, you must call in or email and obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION #.

There is a 25% restocking fee on orders returned without defect.

Shipping charges are not refundable. Lite Bright Raves may require that the defective merchandise be returned before issuing credit.

Please note: Lite Bright Raves does not accept returns on custom orders. Once custom jobs are approved and customized we cannot accept return or cancellation of your order.

Customer Service Department is only open 10:00am - 5:00pm Monday thru Friday and closed for all weekends and holidays.

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship Monday thru Friday during business hours, same day shipping for most orders placed before 1:00pm. Shipping price varies based on the size of the product. Also, we will currently only ship within the United States.

None of your information is shared, made public, or shared in ANY WAY. It just goes to our inbox so we can reply, and when we're done with your concern, it gets deleted.
